For source corrections, include the official notice or corrigendum link. Never send passwords, API keys or bank login details.

Existing customers

Use your workspace to create a request with the type “Support” and keep the conversation alongside your business records. Sign in is required.

Privacy and account requests

For data access, corrections, account closure or a privacy concern, email our support team with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your authority before changing or disclosing account information.

Before a tender deadline

For portal errors, payment issues or submission confirmation, contact the issuing authority through the official tender portal. Our support team cannot extend a deadline or confirm a government submission on its behalf.
