Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy describes how InfraSetu handles information used for tender discovery, bid preparation and procurement. For privacy questions or requests, email support@infrasetu.ai.

Information we process

Account information includes your name, email, password hash, business profile and team permissions. Depending on the features you use, you may provide company registrations, GST or PAN details, addresses, turnover, experience, certificates and other supporting documents.

Workspace records include saved tenders, bid drafts, document questions, company history, vendor contacts, quotations, procurement requests, orders and support messages. We also process public tender and award records, login and security logs, notification delivery records and necessary session information.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate your account, organise documents, match tenders to your business, prepare requested drafts, manage procurement workflows, deliver alerts, answer support requests and protect the service. Your company profile, saved tenders and bid activity can inform recommendations.

Optional activity learning uses searches and tender views to improve recommendations. You can turn it off or reset learned interests in your workspace. Disabling learning clears the learned activity; it does not delete the company details or saved tenders you chose to keep.

AI and service providers

When you choose an AI feature, relevant questions, document excerpts, business details and conversation context may be sent to the configured AI provider, currently QCall at llm.qcall.ai, to generate a response. With separate document-search consent, your question and selected tender PDF text are also sent to the 60db BGE-M3 service at embed.60db.ai to find relevant passages. Company profiles and private vault files are excluded from that embedding workflow. Document features request consent within their workflow. Avoid including unrelated personal information or confidential material you are not authorised to share.

Providers supporting hosting, email delivery, storage, security and configured integrations process information needed for those services. Public-source collection may use a crawling provider. We do not represent that external AI providers have zero retention or that all processing takes place in India; provider processing and locations must be considered before uploading restricted material.

Who can see your information

Workspace access depends on account and team permissions. Authorised platform staff may access information to operate the service, resolve requests, moderate listings or investigate security issues. Suppliers and buyers receive the information needed for the procurement interactions you initiate.

Choosing to publish a supplier profile or an approved marketplace requirement makes its published fields visible to others. Private vendor records and documents are not automatically public listings. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights and service security.

Cookies and account security

Necessary session cookies keep you signed in and support secure access. Blocking them can prevent account features from working. The Cookie settings button lets you review their purpose and acknowledge this notice. We save that acknowledgement in this browser’s local storage; clearing site data displays the notice again. We currently do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies. Optional activity learning is controlled separately through your workspace preferences.

Public website assets may be cached by your browser, and public tender searches are cached briefly on the server. Private API responses are marked not to be cached. Browser cache controls are separate from cookie settings.

We use controls including password hashing, access permissions and encryption for company vault documents. No system can eliminate every risk. Protect your login details, review team access and avoid sending passwords or API keys to support.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; we do not promise that closing an account immediately removes every transaction, security record or backup.

You can update your profile, manage saved tenders and alerts, remove supported vault documents, control supplier-profile visibility, reset optional learning and export account data through the available account tools. For access, correction, consent withdrawal or account deletion requests beyond these controls, contact support. We may verify your identity or authority before acting; withdrawing information required for a feature may prevent that feature from working.

Business contacts and children

If you import vendor or employee information, ensure you have an appropriate basis to share it and inform those people where required. People whose details were supplied by another business can contact us to raise a concern. The service is intended for adults conducting business and is not directed at children.
