Terms & conditions
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms explain your responsibilities when using InfraSetu for tender discovery, bid preparation and project procurement. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Using your account
This platform is intended for adults conducting business. You must be authorised to act for the business you represent, provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Give team members only the access they need, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Tender information and submissions
We collect and organise notices from public procurement sources. Coverage may be incomplete, and notices, estimated values, classifications, deadlines and award information can change. Check the original issuing portal, tender documents and corrigenda before making a decision.
InfraSetu is an independent platform, not a government procurement portal. Preparing a draft or marking a checklist complete does not submit a bid. You remain responsible for eligibility, pricing, signatures, deposits, approvals and final submission through the required official process. We do not guarantee an award.
AI assistance and automation
AI tools can help explain documents and prepare draft responses using the information you provide. They may omit requirements or produce inaccurate answers. Review every output against the original documents before using it. Do not allow an AI draft to make declarations or commitments that your business cannot substantiate.
Using a supported automation does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy or timely submission of your bid. Any final approval, signing or external submission must follow the controls shown in that workflow.
Your documents and business information
You retain your rights in the documents and information you upload. You authorise us to store and process that information as needed to provide the features you use, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only upload material you are entitled to share, including vendor contacts and third-party records.
Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate another business, falsify credentials or award records, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to bypass security or access another workspace.
Suppliers, subcontractors and orders
Buyers and suppliers are responsible for verifying each other, agreeing specifications and commercial terms, and fulfilling their commitments. A listing or quotation is not a guarantee of quality, availability, payment or delivery. Review taxes, freight, inspection, warranties, cancellation and dispute terms before accepting an order.
Package-specific terms, including any disclosed success fee and award conditions, must be reviewed before participating. Billing is currently disabled; recording an award or order does not itself charge your account. Any future paid service will require clearly disclosed pricing and applicable payment terms.
Finance enquiries
Finance features currently record enquiries for follow-up. An enquiry is not a loan application approval, credit offer or commitment to disburse funds. Any future finance arrangement requires separate terms with the relevant provider.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service useful and available, but third-party sources, infrastructure and integrations can be delayed or unavailable. Keep copies of essential business records and allow time for official portal submissions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every tender or update will be collected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified source information or AI outputs, missed official submissions, or disputes between buyers and suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access, changes and questions
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. You may stop using the platform and request account closure through support. Some records may need to be retained for lawful business or legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or your registered email as appropriate, with the updated date shown here. Contact support@infrasetu.ai with questions or disputes.
