Use the right source
AI extraction works from the documents selected for the tender. Evidence checks reject requirements whose quoted text cannot be found in the supplied source.
Share deliberately
Cover-note generation asks for permission to share selected business facts with QCall. Vault files and tax identifiers are not automatically sent for that task.
Check the draft
Review names, conditions and missing facts. AI output does not establish eligibility, guarantee an award or determine a compliant price.
Approve only the current version
Changing the tender or company profile can invalidate approvals. Recheck the current documents before exporting or submitting.
Before you move forward
- Select the current readable PDF. Image-only scans need text extraction before document chat can answer reliably.
- Read the sharing notice before consenting: document chat sends your question, recent conversation and selected document excerpts to QCall.
- Open the quoted page and check the surrounding table, exceptions and amendments. An exact quote does not guarantee the interpretation is correct.
- Correct missing or conflicting details before approval. Keep the source file and the reviewed output.
A practical example
Ask “What turnover evidence does this document request?” rather than “Am I eligible?” The copilot can point to a requirement and page. Your team must still compare it with company evidence and check any exemption or buyer-specific condition.
