Quote the specified grade and supply form

State the approved bitumen, emulsion or chemical grade, required quantity and whether delivery is bulk or packaged. Ask the supplier to identify the product and batch, loading location, delivery window and any transport or handling requirements that affect the quoted cost.

Agree batch evidence and handling

Request the test documents and safety data required by your project specification. Confirm storage arrangements and manufacturer handling instructions with the responsible site team before delivery. Check batch identification, packaging and quantities on receipt. Do not substitute grades or handling conditions solely because a quotation is cheaper.

Compare the complete delivered cost

Ask each supplier to state unit price, taxes, transport, unloading, lead time, quote validity and payment terms. Confirm quality documents and inspection arrangements before accepting an offer.

Orders record the agreement between buyer and supplier. Payments, credit and logistics are not automatically provided by InfraSetu.
