Plan the product and delivery sequence

State the cement type or approved concrete mix rather than requesting a generic cement price. Keep bagged cement, ready-mix and masonry products on separate lines with their own units. For ready-mix, share the pour quantity, delivery window, site access and whether pumping is included.

Agree storage and acceptance checks

For bagged material, ask about manufacture dates, packaging and protection from moisture during transport and storage. Agree the required test records and inspection process with your project team. Check damaged bags, delivered quantities and batch details on receipt; do not assume different cement types are interchangeable.

Compare the complete delivered cost

Ask each supplier to state unit price, taxes, transport, unloading, lead time, quote validity and payment terms. Confirm quality documents and inspection arrangements before accepting an offer.

Orders record the agreement between buyer and supplier. Payments, credit and logistics are not automatically provided by InfraSetu.
