Make ratings and scope explicit

List voltage, current or power ratings, cable conductor and size, enclosure requirements and the project-specified standards. Attach the relevant schedule or drawing where available. Separate equipment supply from installation, testing and commissioning so quotations cover the same work.

Review the offered model

Ask suppliers to identify the manufacturer and model, technical data sheets and required certificates. Compare these with the project specification before accepting an equivalent. Record warranty coverage, accessories, delivery quantities and responsibility for testing; a familiar brand name alone does not confirm compliance.

Compare the complete delivered cost

Ask each supplier to state unit price, taxes, transport, unloading, lead time, quote validity and payment terms. Confirm quality documents and inspection arrangements before accepting an offer.

Orders record the agreement between buyer and supplier. Payments, credit and logistics are not automatically provided by InfraSetu.
