Describe the job and rental dates

State equipment capacity, attachments, site conditions and required start and end dates. For rentals, define working hours, minimum hire period, overtime and standby rates. Identify whether the quote includes an operator, fuel, transport to site and return transport.

Allocate operating responsibilities

Agree who handles maintenance, breakdowns, replacement equipment and applicable insurance or safety documentation. Record inspection and handover condition, along with how hours and damage will be recorded. For a purchase, compare warranty, accessories and service support separately. Availability is confirmed by the supplier, not by this category page.

Compare the complete delivered cost

Ask each supplier to state unit price, taxes, transport, unloading, lead time, quote validity and payment terms. Confirm quality documents and inspection arrangements before accepting an offer.

Orders record the agreement between buyer and supplier. Payments, credit and logistics are not automatically provided by InfraSetu.
