Define the complete pipe system

Specify material, nominal diameter, wall or pressure class and the applicable project specification. Include fittings, joint type, valves and lengths rather than comparing pipe rates alone. For pumps, state the required flow and head with the intended operating conditions for technical review.

Check connections and test records

Ask how the proposed components fit the approved system and identify any substitutions. Agree inspection and test documentation, installation scope and commissioning responsibility before ordering. Match delivered markings, dimensions and quantities to the order; a matching diameter does not establish pressure suitability or compatibility.

Compare the complete delivered cost

Ask each supplier to state unit price, taxes, transport, unloading, lead time, quote validity and payment terms. Confirm quality documents and inspection arrangements before accepting an offer.

Orders record the agreement between buyer and supplier. Payments, credit and logistics are not automatically provided by InfraSetu.
